“Shirl, I can’t believe I let you talk me into this! Dates with Lenny and Sguiggy? How did I ever let you talk me into this?” complained Laverne
“Now Laverne, where is your compassion? Poor Squiggy is going through a tough time. Those boys really hurt him telling him that he was too short, too dumb looking and too stupid to get a girl. If you could have seen him, you would have done the same thing.” pleaded Shirley
“Ohhhhhhh, alright, alright, alright, but why should we go through all this trouble of getting ready for a real date?”
“Laverne! You never know, we might meet some gorgeous hunks while we are out!’
“Good thinking Shirl!’ said Laverne

In a bitter cold Chicago winter day, a neighbor and I rescued a dog from the park. My neighbor prevailed on me to adopt her – which I did. She decided that her name was Laverne & Shirley. I called her Laverne – my neighbor called her Shirley. Is there any doubt about why this poor animal was mildly schizophrenic?
You will be pleased to know that … that is a two way street … Nice prose though! … Much Love xx
